Services and Fees
Initial Community Acupuncture Treatment (60 mins) – $50
Returning Community Acupuncture Treatment (45 mins) – $30 – $60
Description: Community acupuncture treatments are performed in a shared space. Patients rest in recliners. All conditions can be addressed in this setting and most needles are inserted in the limbs, ears, and scalp. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
Private focused therapeutic treatment (45 mins) – $45 – 75
These treatments are by referral only. You must be seen in the community acupuncture clinic in order to be referred to the wellness center.
Description: The focused therapeutic treatments are private traditional acupuncture treatments performed on a massage table. These treatments include acupuncture and other Chinese Medicine modalities such as gua-sha, cupping, e-stim, and tui-na as determined by the therapist based on your condition. These treatments are by referral only, you must be seen in the community clinic and may be referred to for these treatments at the therapists discretion.
Please note that in the community acupuncture clinic we schedule patients every 10 mins. This is how the community model works and allows us to keep our costs low and serve multiple patients in an hour. In order to get the most benefit, please be ready to be seen by the acupuncturist at your scheduled time. If you are not seated and ready to be seen by the therapist at your scheduled appointment time, you may need to be rescheduled to the next available slot. If there are no appointments available for the same day, you may be rescheduled to another day and assessed a $30 late fee. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We ask that all new patients arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled time to complete new patient forms and become acquainted with the clinic. If new patients are not ready to be seen by the therapist at their scheduled time, they may be rescheduled to a later time.
We strive to make all our patients comfortable and maintain a peaceful and healing environment. Your promptness supports our therapists in being present for you and to support you in the best way possible on your healing journey.
You must notify the clinic of any cancellations within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment time. We do not accept appointment bookings or cancellations via email or messages through our website. Please call the clinic at 503-798-2918 to cancel your appointment or go to our online scheduling site to cancel. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be assessed a late fee of $30. Exceptions may be made in the case of medical emergencies and natural disasters.

If you are a patient interested in acupuncture but are unable to afford our rates, please contact us. We strive to make our services accessible to all. We have limited funds to subsidize the cost of treatment for patients however you must pay the new-patient fee and be evaluated by a therapist to be considered for the reduced-fee treatment plan. Please note that this plan is on a case-by-case basis and is valid for up to 3 months from date of implementation.
