Wellness Center

The Salem Community Acupuncture Project opened the Wellness Center in 2015. We offer focused acupuncture treatments, classes in yoga, tai chi, qi gong, meditation, neigong and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Recently we have also partnered with Jen Holland, a licensed midwife, to bring Women's Wellness classes to SCA. Below you will find descriptions of all these offerings – please also check the calendar page for the most up-to-date schedule. All of the Wellness Center treatment sessions can be scheduled by calling the clinic or using our online scheduler. Classes are open for drop-in unless otherwise noted.

Focused Treatments

A unique opportunity to utilize healing modalities to decrease pain, create overall balance and harmony throughout the body, and learn new possibilities for overall lifestyle changes. Other modalities include: Tui-na, cupping, guasha, and e-stim.

These appointments are by referral only. Please visit the Community Clinic for an initial evaluation and talk to an acupuncturist to determine whether this therapy is suited to your needs.
