Wellness Center

The Salem Community Acupuncture Project opened the Wellness Center in 2015! We offer focused acupuncture treatments, massage, and energy healing sessions, as well as classes in yoga, tai chi, qi gong, meditation, and a variety wellness topics! Focused treatments are offered on a sliding scale of $30-$60 and are considered community acupuncture treatments with the use of massage tables. Massage is $30 for 30 minutes, and many of our classes are open to the public by donation. Below you will find descriptions of all these offerings – please also check the calendar page for the most up-to-date schedule. All of the Wellness Center treatment sessions can be scheduled by calling the clinic or using our online scheduler. Classes are open for drop-in unless otherwise noted.

Energy Healing Sessions

Energy healing is a gentle modality performed with the client lying on a massage table. The practitioner uses energy centers in the hands to interact with recipient’s energy, calming the mind and nervous system, clearing blockages, and balancing the flow of energy in the body. Great for reducing pain and relieving stress – the result is a happier, more centered you!
